An LED cabinet is a stack of components. Keep scrolling to take it apart.
Schematic of typical LED cabinet construction, drawn in code. Each series’ actual construction is governed by its specification and engineering design.
01 FACE MASK Protective layer over the LED surface.
02 LED MODULE The module carrying the pixel LEDs.
03 HUB BOARD Links the modules to the control signal.
04 RECEIVING CARD Receives and distributes picture data.
05 POWER SUPPLY Powers the modules.
06 CABINET FRAME Structure for support and tiling.
07 REAR COVER Protects the internals; access for service.

FAQ
How do I choose a pixel pitch? ↗
It usually follows the nearest viewing distance and the resolution you need — the closer the audience, the smaller the pitch. Share your venue size and viewing distance and we will suggest suitable configurations from each series’ source specifications.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor displays? ↗
Mainly brightness, protection rating and cabinet construction. Each product page lists the brightness and IP rating from its source specifications, so you can compare by environment.
Can you make special sizes or shapes? ↗
The range covers standard cabinets plus flexible, spherical, grille, transparent and floor formats. Actual size, shape and feasibility are confirmed against your project details.
Are the listed values the final specification? ↗
Values are taken from the product specification data and describe the listed configuration. The final specification is confirmed with the project quotation and engineering design.
Are the 3D models the real products? ↗
The home carousel shows concept 3D models based on the product photos; their proportions are not exact. The transparent holographic display and the LED film on a large glass pane are schematics, and the pictures on every screen are sample content, not customer footage. Each product page has a 3D model built to the cabinet, module or display size in the specification data, with parts that are not dimensioned marked as illustrative. Product photos and specifications govern the real product.
Which regions do you serve? ↗
Texassonic serves Hong Kong, the United States, South America and Asia. Send your project location and requirements through the enquiry form.
